Women’s circles are gatherings that honor women’s deep longing to connect in intimate and authentic ways. Through a wide range of tools that include not only verbal sharing but also movement, touch, and immersion in nature, they create spaces that feel both safe and sacred. Here, women have space to listen deeply, both to their own hearts and souls and to one another - Jalaja Bonheim

I invite you to join the circle.

These gatherings offer the opportunity to cultivate a deeper connection to your own inner landscape, to others and to your creative source.

The circle is a space for community, where we come together and remember that we are part of something bigger. We tune in to our own personal power and the power of the collective. Through deep listening and safe space holding, we create a container in which each woman has the opportunity to be seen, heard and witnessed, and to see, hear and witness the other women in the group.

Each week, we’ll reflect upon themes of personal growth and spirituality. We’ll engage in embodiment, journaling, movement, sound, mindfulness, mythic, and nature-based practices. In a safe and supportive space, we’ll come together with the intention to share openly, listen deeply, inspire, and empower one another.

Together, we’ll turn our attention and imagination to a different way of relating, cultivate attunement to a deeper internal space, kindle the fires of inspiration and alchemy, and connect authentically.

Please reach out through email if you would like to join one of my women’s circles.

“Personally, I’ve never viewed the circle as a mere geometric form. From the start, I perceived it as a living field of presence and consciousness, as a friend, an ally and a sacred being. … In my eyes, the circle is a great spiritual teacher who can show us how to make our relationships sacred and joyful, how to deal with obstacles, and how to find our way through the fog of our ego into the clear light of love.”
